side is a ceramics operation established by two graphic designers. We were inspired by how, after being fired in the kiln, the sides of each pot exhibits slight variations in curvatures and feel (hence the name). Side also takes on the meaning of support and care. Through the initiative, we hope to create pottery works that serve to remind people of the meaningful connections and relationships in their lives.
Side是由两位平面设计师输出的陶瓷品牌，品牌的名字灵感来源于陶瓷在窑中烧制完取出后的每一个陶瓷面都是不同的，不同的side呈现不同的图案与机理，这个也是我们制作陶制品的趣味所在。
输出side的初衷是希望制作一些手边之物，是我们随手可以取到的日常。
同时，side也有“支持”的意思，从器物出发，更多的想要激发，我们对他人的一种关心、鼓励与支持。
一些细微的动作与简单的话语就可以给予对方力量，更怀着一颗同理心和社会发生联系。
